(“Block40X”) today announced the commencement of Phase I construction for their flagship 100-megawatt Bitcoin mining and AI/HPC campus, following the establishment of their strategic partnership and the launch of the 100MW Investor Information Portal earlier this week.

The initial development marks the first stage of a broader plan to deploy up to 500 megawatts of renewable power under the 25-year Power Supply Agreement (PSA) held by Block40X, Inc. The project is designed to deliver a next-generation digital infrastructure ecosystem optimized for Bitcoin mining, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC) applications.

Phase I will feature containerized modular data center systems, on-site substation capacity, redundant grid connectivity, and scalable network design capable of expanding in 25MW increments. The site’s location — within a politically stable, U.S.-friendly nation with strong rule of law and pro-investment policies — offers operational security, favorable energy economics, and access to long-term renewable power pricing at approximately $0.02 per kilowatt-hour.
