100MW today announced the appointment of Dan Marshall as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Marshall will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives, operational execution, and enterprise partnerships as the organization advances its next phase of infrastructure development.

Mr. Marshall brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience at the forefront of cloud transformation, AI infrastructure, and data center strategy across North America and global markets. His background includes senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized technology and digital infrastructure organizations.

Most recently, Mr. Marshall has served as Managing Director of MDX Innovations, where he has been responsible for driving strategic vision, market positioning, and execution across cloud, data center, AI-enabled platforms, and digital infrastructure initiatives.

His prior leadership roles include:

• Senior Sales Director and Senior Account Executive at Equinix Canada
• Cloud Platform Representative at Oracle Canada
• Enterprise Account Executive and Director of Presales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise
• Account Executive, Chief Architect (Storage), and Systems Engineer at Sun Microsystems

Throughout his career, Mr. Marshall has consistently delivered top-ranked performance, earned national sales and leadership awards, and led high-performing teams serving enterprise, financial services, and hyperscale clients.
