100MW announced the appointment of Dan Marshall as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective February 27, 2026. Marshall will lead strategic growth initiatives, operational execution and enterprise partnerships as the company advances its next phase of infrastructure development.

Marshall brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning cloud transformation, AI infrastructure, enterprise technology and data-center strategy across North American and global markets.

Enterprise and infrastructure experience

Most recently, Marshall has served as Managing Director of MDX Innovations, where his responsibilities have included strategic vision, market positioning and execution across cloud, data-center, AI-enabled platform and digital infrastructure initiatives.

His background reflects deep experience aligning enterprise demand with scalable infrastructure platforms, including leadership roles involving commercial growth, strategic partnerships and technology transformation.
